This is my day two of my detox. The first day didn't go too bad, I heard day 2 was harder. I will see. Why am I detoxing? I've been eating bad and not sticking to my workout routine for months, no years. Finally, I've had enough.
I stepped on the scale yesterday, I was 165.4. I jumped off that thing like it was a hot iron and ran away from it. GRRRRR....For the record, I am 5'2", that's short.
I am hoping that detoxing will flush out all the toxins in my body and I also hope it helps me break the craving for sweets. Plus, it is only for 3 days, so shouldn't be too bad.
